Kids Yoga + Kids Art 

YogArt is a Calgary based mobile company specializing in Childrens Yoga Classes (programs) combined with an Art Curriculum.

 

We hold each child as a capable member of our class, encouraging self expression, mindfulness and creativity.  Every child has something unique to bring to this world and we foster a healthy space to be who they are and to creatively express themselves through their movement & independent Art work.

 

YogArt Programs are a fun way to introduce children to the benefit of Yoga & Art and to continue building on skills taught- in daily life and world experiences.

 

YogArt offers school workshops, in school programs, kids birthday parties, summer camps and private group classes.
